We developed our Adult Gymnastics program to be safe, fun, and accessible for all ages and experience levels. This is the most exciting fitness class you’ve ever tried!
Safe Progressions
Most people only use a small portion of their body’s natural abilities in their daily lives, but with proper physical and mental preparation, you will surprise yourself!
Plus, we use professional-grade spring floors, trampolines, and mats so you can push your limits in a safe and controlled setting.
More Than Just Flips
Every class is a full-body workout that will leave you sweating and feeling good! We focus on developing strength, flexibility, and agility that will improve your overall movement quality and confidence in your body.
Class Levels
Each student in the adult program progresses through three tumbling levels, with clear milestones to easily track progress.
Classes are kept small to allow for plenty of individualized attention.
Note, those under 17 years old should join our Recreational Gymnastics Program.

For adults with little or no tumbling experience or who are returning to tumbling after an extended absence.
Focus Skills:
Forward roll
Backward roll down incline
Lunge kick
Handstand Flat-Back
Cartwheel
Run, hurdle, straight jump on Tumble Track
Bridge Hold 15’’
Hollow handstand against the wall (30 seconds)
Hollow & arch hold (15 seconds)

For adults with a moderate amount of tumbling experience or who are very athletic and looking for a challenge. Must be proficient in all Beginner level skills.
Focus Skills:
Handstand forward roll
Running round-off rebound
Dive roll onto incline mat (Tumble Track)
Bridge kickover (feet elevated)
Backhandspring over Boulder
Front Handspring on Tumble Track
Hollow plank slide 40 ft

For adults with a strong background in tumbling and good physical conditioning.
Focus Skills:
Handstand 180° pirouette
Front tuck on Tumble Track
Back handspring on 8-inch crash pad
Bouncing BHS on inclined tramp (light spot)
Front Handspring over Panel Mat
Football roll (straight arms) on incline mat.
Handstand walk 10 steps
After Advanced:
Those who have mastered the advanced level skills will progress to more challenging tumbling sequences from our Power Tumbling curriculum.
Schedule
Adult Gymnastics (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced)
Monday - Thursday, 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Each class consist of 1 hour of instruction followed by 30 minutes of optional, unstructured training.
Tuition
1x per week: $120 / month
2x per week: $216 / month (recommended)
3x per week: $312 / month
