Dear ATA Families,

As you are probably aware, the Santa Clara County Health Department has given new guidance today regarding gatherings as well as The County Superintendent of Schools and all district superintendents in the County have decided to close schools to students for three weeks. Click Here  Because of these considerations ATA has decided to close the gym for classes effective Friday March 13th through Friday April 3rd.

We know that you will have many questions about what this means for you. We want to do our best in addressing all inquiries during this difficult time.  We plan to resume all activities on Saturday,  April 4th, however, as this is a rapidly changing situation, we will continue to monitor and assess further developments, and follow recommendations and mandates from government agencies. Updates will be provided as necessary.

Regarding your students gymnastics classes, Makeup classes will be given for all classes missed during this closure. Makeup classes can be used at any time, including during the summer and will not expire as long as you are enrolled in classes. We are also looking at a variety of options to allow ease in making up these classes such as adding classes specifically for makeups or extending the season. We will keep you updated on these options.  April tuition will be collected on March 25th  as usual through autopay with a statement sent on March 20th. If you wish to drop from classes completely, please let us know via email by March 23rd.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all navigate this difficult time. Please be safe and reach out to us with any questions.

Sincerely,

Bob, Pam and ATA Staff
