2019 Spring Celebration Show
Instructions to Register your child in the Spring Show Celebration:
You will be registering through the Customer portal. As the enrollment is based on a First Come, First Served Basis, please verify that you have access to the customer portal and you have your credentials. Before registering your child, please read through the Spring Celebration Show Information sheet by clicking here. Confirm that your child can attend all 3 mandatory rehearsals. Registration begins at exactly 10:00AM on Friday, January 4th, 2019.
If this is your first time visiting our customer portal, please enter the email and password created during your initial registration at ATA. Or if you have forgotten your password, click “Reset Password” and a temporary password will be sent to the email address you have on file with us. If you ever need help with your account or logging in to the Customer Portal, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the front desk at 408-224-5437.
Step 2: After logging in to your account: On the Dashboard page, check the level that your child/ren are enrolled in. This will be their spring show level.
In this screenshot, Kyla is enrolled in the Novice level. After double checking your child’s level, click on the Find Classes button.
Step 3: Next, the Classes and Events page will list all of the spring show performance groups for their age. Click on the performance group that matches your child’s class level.
Step 4: On the Class Details page, confirm that the spring show performance group is correct and then click on the Add to Cart button.
Step 5: On the Add Class to Cart page, select the student that you would like to enroll and click Add.
Step 6: If you would like to enroll another student in the spring show, click on the Continue Shopping button. If you are finished, click the Checkout Now button.
