Membership/Registration Fee:

ATA does not charge a yearly membership fee! Students currently enrolled in a class will receive all of the membership benefits.

Please click on the link below to download our membership/regsitration form.   This form may be filled out on your computer and sent to ATA by email and then signed prior to your childs first class, or completed and printed at home, signed and then faxed back to us at 408-716-8847.

Benefits of membership include:
Membership discount on birthday parties, camps and sleepovers
Make-ups for missed classes (1 per month per class)
Practice gym on Saturday ($6)
Participation in Holiday and Spring Show
Secondary Accident/Medical Coverage during regular ATA programs and activities
ATA t-shirt for $5.00 at time of registration (regularly $10.00 plus tax)

Financial Policies:

Option 1:  Auto Pay by Credit/Check- Card Visa or MC
A statement via email will  be sent on the 20th of the month.  Tuition payments will be automatically deducted on the 25th of the month from your check card/credit card.   Please ask customer service for a form to enroll.
Option 2: Manual Payment by check, cash or credit card/check card/debit card.
A statement via email will  be sent on the 20th of the month.  Payments must be received prior to the 1st.  Payments received between the 1st and 7th will be charged a $10 late fee.  If not received by the 7th your child will be dropped from class.

Your tuition reserves your child’s space in the program for the entire month whether or not they attend.  Tuition is based on a 12 month year with an average of 4 classes per month. (An ATA calendar is available at the front desk.)

Monthly tuition is due before the 1st.  To avoid a $10 late fee your payment must reach us before the first of the month. 

You may place your check payment in our drop slot at the front desk, or mail it in.  You may call in your credit card payment as well.

Refunds: Missed classes will not be credited or refunded.  You are responsible for tuition for the entire month, whether or not your child attends.

Returned checks:  All returned checks will be charged a $25 service fee.

Drop Policy:

To drop your child from the program, please notify ATA in writing before the first of the month.   You may fill out a drop notice form at the customer service desk or send an email or fax.  Auto Pay customers must notify ATA in writing by the 20th.

Make-ups---September through June

Keep in mind that the best class for your child is their own class and we encourage you not to miss it unless absolutely necessary.  

Gym Tots-Power Tumbling
All make ups must be scheduled on Mondays at 6:30pm or Saturdays at 1pm.
One make up class per month.
Make up must be made up within one month of missed class.
Make up will be forfeited if we do not receive 24 hours cancellation notice.

Mini Gym Tots
Mommy and me students may schedule 1 make up per month.
Make ups may be scheduled during any other mommy and me class.
Make up must be made up within one month of missed class.
Make up will be forfeited if we do not receive 24 hours cancellation notice.

Make-ups---July and August

All students may schedule unlimited make ups.
Make ups may be scheduled on Mondays at 6:30pm, Saturdays at 1pm or during the week based on availability.

Adult Class Make-up Year Round Policy
No makeup classes offered due to discounted tuition rate.

What to Wear:
GIRLS
A Clean Leotard.
Gym Shorts are O.K. with a fitted shirt
Hair must be tied back before class.
No jewelry should be worn except post type earrings.
Feet should be bare.

BOYS
A Clean tee shirt.
Gym shorts.
Feet should be bare

Class Policies:
DO’s
Do be on time for warm up
Do listen to your coach and follow instructions
Do try to use restroom before class.
Do watch out for other gymnasts on the mats
Do leave gym floor area promptly when class is over.
Do keep your hands and feet to yourself
Do behave in line and pay attention to coach.
Do have a good time!

DON’TS
Don’t go into gym area until your class begins.
Don’t go on any equipment without coaches permission.
Don’t try skills you are not trained to do without your coach.
Don’t ever run across the mat out of your class area.
Don’t tease, touch or any way bother other students in line.
Don’t leave class for any reason without asking your coach.
Don’t be noisy and silly in line.
Don’t chew gum in class.
Don’t bring food or drinks onto the mat

Parent Policies
Don’t let your children wait outside for pickup. Parents must park and come into the building to pick up your children.
Parents do not allow siblings to enter gym floor, sit in the entry ways or play in aisles.
Don’t bring valuables to the gym.
Do have your children wait quietly in the observation area for class to begin. Students should not arrive more than 5 minutes before their scheduled class. They must be picked up immediately at the end of their class.  A late pick-up charge of $15 may be applied to your account if you fail to pick up your child on time.
Parents are welcome to observe their child in the class.   Please remember though that only students are allowed behind the half wall.
