Question: My child’s class falls on a holiday (scheduled day off). Can I schedule a make up class?
Answer: No make ups are needed for scheduled days off. Our calendar is based on an average of 4 classes per month over a one year period.
Question: My child missed a class. How and when can I schedule a make up?
Answer: You may schedule a make up with the customer service desk. Make ups are scheduled on Saturdays at 1:00pm and must be made up within one month of the missed class. If you do not show up for your scheduled make up and fail to phone in your cancellation, your make up will be forfeited.
Question: How does my child move up to the next level?
Answer: Your child will be moved up to the next level once they have mastered all the required skills at his/her current level. A child can be moved up at any time based on their coaches recommendation.
Question: Can I receive a refund or credit for my child’s missed class.
Answer: There are no refunds or credits for missed classes, however you may schedule one make-up per month. |
